Consider this thread at LB's forum. www.lynnblakegolf.com/forum/thread7819-2.htmlOB Left wrote-: ""10-20-E WRIST THROW Here the Right Hand remains palm-up to the Plane during the Uncocking of the Left Wrist to produce a Sequenced Release per 2-G and 4-D-0. Especially compatible with Swinging. See 6-H-0-F. By deliberately initiating the Wrist Roll at any point before reaching the end of the Delivery Path Line , the Non-Automatic version can be produced. " "By deliberately initiating the Wrist Roll" meaning the left hand rotates off the plane......the boat is now not pulling the skier lengthwise, CF throwout has been "Triggered"." If the left wrist rolls off the inclined plane, that means that one is rotating the LAFW off the inclined plane - before the hands reach the delivery position. That means that one is releasing PA#3 before PA#2, which contradicts HK's teaching. It also implies that the club will go over the plane due to the premature release of PA#3. It is my understanding that the club must first release on the "selected" impact plane, before one can roll the LAFW in order to square the clubface by impact. How do you reconcile these points? This is really interesting for me, in my practise as a swinger my not yet perfect pivot action is causing me to roll the left wrist in the mid/late(below hip level) downswing after my left arm has left my upper chest wall. So technically number 3 is going before number 2 accumulator has finsihed uncocking. I also think this is causing me to over rotate the forearm and humerous slightly into the horizontal hinging part of the follow through.
This maybe my feels and not whats really happening but i can not get the lfw to rotate without the uncocking on around arc being slightly hand activated..........this all made better sense in my head.

Simon,
It is perfectly acceptable for PA#3 to start releasing while PA#2 is still being released.
However, I cannot understand how PA#3 release can start before the start of the release of PA#2.

Agree, for that to happen you would basically swivel without uncocking right ? Like in your swing videos where your demonstraiting with a tennis/badminton raquet ?

Correct - the badminton racquet demonstration only demonstrates the roll of the intact LAFW. There is no uncocking action.
