Yes. You cannot do a LCT and a RFT at the same time. The RFT is a folding and fanning of the right forearm. The LCT keeps the arms more straight.
I feel LCT is more power oriented while RFT is more precision oriented.

Thanks I was able to take it to the course by not having any thoughts of the right forearm takeaway I saw your left hand grip on your forum and I have been using that same more in the fingers grip for the past year with really good results
