Watch this swing video of Louis Oosthuizen's 3-wood swing action. Here are capture images of his non-DH hand release action (flipping subtype). Image 1 is at P6.7, image 2 is at P7, image 3 is at P7.1, image 4 is at P7.2 and image 5 is at P7.4. Note that he is using a non-DH hand release action (flipping subtype).
Note that he keeps his clubface square to the clubhead arc between P7 => P7.1, but it is rolling closed between P7.1 => P7.4 due to left wrist circumduction that accompanies his left wrist extending/bending action that is associated with a lot of right forearm pronation.
Louis is a great ball-striker and he is presently 95th in driving accuracy hitting 60% of fairways and 143rd in greens-in-regulation (65% of greens-in-regulation).
The mystery is whether he would improve his accuracy if he used a DH-hand release action. Jon Sinclair would presumably like his swing action because he rapidly-and-massively extends his left wrist through impact between P7 => P7.2.
