I have produced a short 9 minute video on the "correct" way to assess the effect of left wrist palmar flexion on the clubshaft and clubface at impact, and I have posted the video on you-tube.
In my video, I demonstrate that Tapio does three things wrong in his personal video demonstration - i) he uses a "pure" finger grip; and ii) he has the left wrist maximally upcocked and iii) he keeps the club stationary and straight-in-line with the left forearm (a non-angulated condition). None of those conditions exist at impact when the condition of left wrist palmar flexion has "real life" relevance - because the ball is placed behind low point and there is forward shaft lean at impact.
