Watch this AMG video
In that video, the AMG instructors are discussing how the trail arm should be positioned at P4 to maximise hand speed in the early downswing.
Watch what Mike Granato states between the 2:30 - 3:02 minute time points of the video. He states that the right arm should be kept in front of the right side of the body and that one should not allow the right arm to get more behind the body at P4 because it is going to predispose to an OTT move involving the right arm (punch elbow motion of the right arm) during the transition to the early downswing.
Here are birds-eye capture images of 4 pro golfers at their P4 position.

That's a biased and wrongheaded comment!
Here are birds-eye capture images of 4 pro golfers at their P4 position.
Image 1 is Sergio Garcia, image 2 is Rory McIlroy, image 3 is Arnold Palmer and image 4 is ? Gary Player.
Note that they all have a long left arm relative to the width of their upper torso. Note that they all adduct their left arm a lot at P4 which means that their left hand is well behind their right shoulder position at P4. That left hand position at P4 means that they all have to externally rotate their right humerus to allow their right hand to be positioned alongside their left hand on the club handle at P4 so that both hands are positioned behind the right shoulder at P4.
The fact that their right humerus is externally rotated at P4, and the fact that their right hand is positioned behind their right shoulder and not in front of their right shoulder at P4, has no negative effect in terms of their ability to release PA#4 with the maximum speed and it obviously does not lead to an OTT move where the right humerus performs a punch elbow motion.
