Pete Cowen gave James Robinson a golf lesson over 2 years ago , then produced a follow-up video a year ago (see below). Frankly, after listening to Pete Cowen's instruction clips , I' m not surprised that JR's swing didn't improve.
What does 'loading the shoulders' mean? Also , is PC suggesting that it's the shoulder girdle powering the golf swing?
When I first saw PC demonstrating the 'load the shoulders' to do fades and draws , I thought it was something similar to the TGM Hinging concept and wondering whether PC is using his own slant on Horizontal/Vertical/Angled hinging.
I suppose no-one apart from PC will fully understand his golf swing ideas, they just seem too vague.

DG I find PC's expressed opinions to be indecipherable because he does not describe golf swing motions in terms of standard golf swing biomechanical movements that I can understand. JR obviously has no idea what it means to load the shoulders for a draw or a fade. I also do not know what it means to load the hands in opposition. Jeff.
