Here is a link. www.aroundhawaii.com/lifestyle/health_and_fitness/2011-12-pga-tour-clubhead-lag-part-3-the-release.htmlOf course, Jeffy is raving about it on 3jack's forum. I haven't found anything useful, and I think that much of the content is not biomechanically sound or biomechanically relevant. His greatest error is the following statement-: "A little Anatomy Trains by Thomas Myers might be in order. The forearm extensors are connected to the triceps which are primarily responsible for straightening the arm. Thus, as the triceps contract to pull the arm straight, they are also pulling on the forearm extensors." That's totally wrong. The distal end of the triceps muscles inserts into bone (proximal end of the dorsal ulna) and it doesn't attach to the forearm wrist extensor muscles. The forearm extensor muscles have their origin on bone (proximal and mid section of the dorsal ulna). Does any forum member find "something" in that release article useful? Jeff.

I found nothing useful either... the prior works gave me a headache and were part of what prompted me to write the Babies and Bathwater post. Some of what he says is correct but a lot of it is not.

I am not an avid Kelvin supporter but I would like to know what you think is incorrect if only to learn. I am not schooled enough to tell what is correct or not. I feel he is an outstanding observer of the swing but I cannot see the connection of how to do these micro moves myself. Some things it appears he had created trainers some of which I have tried, but many things it is hard to know how to implement. Lastly they can be quite detailed. I have to read many of them MULTIPLE times, granted I am not a biomechanics expert, but I have read my share of technical white papers and it still takes me multiple go arounds with each article.

I'd also be interested in what parts both Jeff and nm find correct and which parts are suspect.
