Here is another BM video for Golf Magazine. www.brianmanzella.com/golfing-discussions/17300-brian-manzella-golf-magazine-golf-com-front9-zach-johnsons-throw-catch.htmlvimeo.com/43369081He claims that Zach Johnson keeps the "impact triangle" intact for a long period after impact because of the motion of his left shoulder post-impact. I believe that's obviously not correct I don't think that Zach moves his left shoulder socket differently between P7 and P8 than other golfers. What Zach does differently is that he uses a very strong left hand grip, which means that his left arm is internally rotated and his left forearm pronated at address and at impact. He maintains these biomechanical features after impact, and he doesn't externally rotate his left humerus and bend his left elbow after impact as commonly seen in golfers who use the combination of a full roll hand release action and a finish swivel action (eg. Ernie Els and Luke Donald). Jeff.
