Here is BM again presenting his opinions on "going normal". www.golf.com/video/golf-tips-better-way-swingHe states that one must pull the grip end of the club towards one's "stomach" as one goes normal in the later downswing. Then he states that one should rotate the club about its coupling point at that point (athough he doesn't describe the biomechanics of that RACP action other than to say that it's like a hockey player's action) . That RACP action would then really represent a hockey player's puck-release action - as shown here. Note how the right wrist straightens and how the left wrist bends - which means that the golfer is flipping through impact. By the way, do you really believe that you can avoid having force-across-the-shaft through impact when one uses a puck-release action? That swing advice is the antithesis of my hand release recommendation - where a golfer must maintain a FLW/intact LAFW all the way through impact to P7.3+ - as demonstrated by Virtuoso in the next photo sequence. I guess that it remains a personal choice as to what is the "better way to swing"! Jeff.
